St Monica's College - Stage 3

St Monica's Stage 3 comprised the development of a new 4-storey Education and Learning building and a new school canteen. The education building encompasses specialist learning spaces for a number of specialty areas, including Arts, Sports, Food Science, Hospitality and Science. The top storey included four interactive learning classrooms, which can be combined with operable walls to create a large space for presentations. The four-storey building joins previous stages at the College to enclose an internal courtyard, creating over 1000m2 of turfed area for recreational use. The Canteen serves the entire campus and included a full commercial kitchen, a cold room and freezer, offices and amenities.
